Gk of Year 2008- Peter Cech (Chelsea)
Defender of Year 2008- John Terry (Chelsea)
Midfielder of Year 2008- Frank Lampard (Chelsea)
Forward of Year 2008- Cristiano Ronaldo from Manchester United
European club Footballer of the Year 2008- Cristiano Ronaldo!!! from Manchester United
haha.. initially thought Chelsea players would wrap up all the trophies.. Stayed till the end and the name Cristiano Ronaldo was mentioned twice! for both forward and European club Footballer of the year.. I'm ok with ronaldo, not really fancy and idolise this lad..I worship God only..lol.. although he bagged in 42 over goals last season.. i can as well, more than 42, 100, 1000, 10000 goals.. but must be without a goalkeeper at defense.. haha
Anyway, here are the top 8 ranked teams in order!!

The groupings were out.. The top 8 teams were scattered into respective Group A-H... I feel the easiest group draw is from Chealsea Group A, Chelsea, Roma, Bordeaux, CFR Cluj Napoca.. Chelsea just have to breathe the ball to goals can le.. no need kick.. haha
The toughest is from Group H, Juventus, Real Madrid, Zenit St Petersburg, Bate Borisov..
Daunting task for Zenit, the Russian champions.. Ashravin is in the team..
A real clash between Real Madrid and Juventus again..
